Fortress, Flowers & Beer

Today was so good!
Woke up at 9:30, went out for breakfast at the "Mensa," german for Cafeteria, with Cassandra and Christian. We found out that you have to pay for small packages of honey! Cassandra and Christian just got some, but the lady just saw Cassandra with it and called her out on it! She had to pay like 20cents! crazzyyy.
Then we went grocery shopping with one of the girls that lives in the same apartment as us, her name is Charlotte. She has a car and was so nice to offer to take us. So we bought some breakfast stuff for the week and some fruit and spaguetti and such. Then, we had a picnic outside and then we went exploring! We found Petersburg!!!! Petersburg is like a fortress kind of deal. I LOVED IT! I feel like Im in Narnia or some cool battle. It was so fun! Then I skyped with my dear friend Beth, she is so encouraging and helpful, love her! :)
Then, showered and got ready for dinner with the SPICE students that arrived already and Julian and Catherina and a few other german students. There was like more than 10 of us I think. We had our first beer here in germany for most of us. They recommended beer mixed with lemon, which was pretty good. We were there till 10 and the sun had just gone out. The sun goes out super late over here, is pretty nice!
Now, Im about to buy my EuroRail, Im excited!
